Last spring, Griffin took a DIY class at co-op. It was based on the site www.diy.org, which is an amazing site for kids to share projects they made and earn patches after completing several projects under any one topic. The kids wanted to continue after the semester was over, so we started meeting every other week as a club. We have learned some new skills (electrical, soldering, etc) and had lots of fun. Last week they made light up LED bracelets.
